We are a Cologne-based start-up that combines two social media brands under one roof. In the areas of Healthy Lifestyle, Performance and Beauty, we develop and distribute brands for functional food & drinks that meet the requirements of our social media-savvy customers.

We are currently looking for
Start: Immediately
Location: Hennef, hybrid
Your tasks:
- You research and identify suitable creators and influencers for our brand collaborations
- You will be responsible for communicating and building relationships with content creators from nano to macro influencers
- You coordinate campaigns from the initial approach to evaluation
- You negotiate conditions, brief the creators and ensure that deadlines and guidelines are met
- You plan and create content for our social media channels (e.g. Instagram Stories, TikTok formats, reels). You base your decisions on KPIs and turn business goals into exciting stills and videos that win the favor of the audience.
- You monitor and analyze trends on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- You take over the community management on our channels
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in marketing, communications or similar.
- First practical experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing, e.g. through internships or working student positions
- Passion for social media, new creators and digital trends
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, negotiating skills and a good eye for brand and target group fit
- "You're not shy in front of the camera and love to put yourself in the limelight!"
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident handling of common Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
