You will be informed about the shipment of your order via the e-mail address you have provided. Delivery will be made by DHL to the delivery address you have provided.

The shipping costs include postage and packaging fees.

Deliveries to non-EU countries (including Switzerland) are subject to additional customs duties and fees. These will be borne by you.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

The delivery time within Germany can be found on the respective product page.
Deliveries abroad are extended accordingly.

Delivery is carried out by DHL (or, in the case of international shipping, by a foreign contractual partner of DHL). After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number. This allows you to track where your order is.
