The Protein Meal Shake contains powder for the preparation of 28 meals. If you follow the 2-week OFFSET plan, it will last for 2 weeks. However, you can also use the Protein Meal Shake to balance out a high-calorie meal and thus last longer. Limited varieties of the Protein Meal Shake contain powder for the preparation of 12 meals. This is the perfect way to try out the different varieties! The vegan Protein Meal Shake contains powder for preparing 14 meals. If you follow the 2-week OFFSET plan, you will have enough for 6 days. 2 sachets of the vegan Protein Meal Shake are then sufficient for the 14 days as part of the 2-week OFFSET plan.
