READY IN 5 MINUTES - HERE'S HOW:
Mix 60 g baking mix (approx. 6 lightly heaped tablespoons) with 70 ml cold water and mix with a shaker, whisk or meal mixer to a smooth batter. Grease the pan with vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed oil). Then pour the batter into the pan. The batter makes approx. 2-3 pancakes per portion. Fry them well on both sides over a medium heat until they are golden brown on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
TIP: For perfect timing when bubbles form, turn with the Fancy spatula!
