Can I use toppings for the Protein Meal Pancakes?

During the Detox Days, we recommend that you do not use toppings in order to maintain the nutritional values of 3 Protein Meals. On Burn Days, you can pimp your pancakes with fruit or nuts to create your own Fancy Protein Meal. We advise against sugary jams or nougat creams during the OFFSET plan.

How do I prepare the Protein Meal Pancakes?

Ready in 5 minutes: Mix 60 g baking mix (approx. 6 lightly heaped tablespoons) with 70 ml cold water and mix to a smooth batter using a shaker, whisk or meal mixer. Grease the pan with vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed oil). Then pour the batter into the pan. The batter makes approx. 2-3 pancakes per portion. Fry them well on both sides over a medium heat until they are golden brown on the outside and fluffy on the inside. TIP: For perfect timing, flip when bubbles form!
