I have tried different shakes, but the PLM shakes from Offset are my favorite!
Very creamy and delicious flavours. My current favorite is Frappucino and I highly recommend it 😍
When I tried the shakes for the first time they were very sweet and I wasn't sure if I could drink them in the long term - but this feeling was immediately gone with the next cup and they tasted very good.

I was hoping for a bit of a Cini MINIS flavour, but it doesn't hit the mark. Dennocb absolutely delicious if you try something specific without an idea!
It works great for me, even without a program. Simply replace one or two meals and eat in deficit

Hello everyone, the shakes taste great. However, I'm still not sure whether 208 kcal is already calculated including milk. Or is that on top of that?
