Our Pretty Little Meal is a complete meal when mixed with milk, providing you with 24 important vitamins and minerals as well as protein. Your body needs these so that it is properly nourished despite your calorie deficit and does not develop deficiency symptoms. A protein shake cannot provide you with all the nutrients your body needs to be fully nourished. It is therefore only intended to support muscle building after sports sessions.
