How long can I get by with the Protein Meal Shake?

The Protein Meal Shake contains powder for the preparation of 28 meals. If you follow the 2-week OFFSET plan, it will last for 2 weeks. However, you can also use the Protein Meal Shake to balance out a high-calorie meal and thus last longer. Limited varieties of the Protein Meal Shake contain powder for the preparation of 12 meals. This is the perfect way to try out the different varieties! The vegan Protein Meal Shake contains powder for preparing 14 meals. If you follow the 2-week OFFSET plan, you will have enough for 6 days. 2 sachets of the vegan Protein Meal Shake are then sufficient for the 14 days as part of the 2-week OFFSET plan.

Mixed with milk, our Protein Meal Shake is a complete meal that provides you with 24 important vitamins and minerals as well as protein. Your body needs these so that it is properly nourished despite your calorie deficit and does not develop deficiency symptoms. A protein shake cannot provide you with all the nutrients your body needs to be fully nourished. It is therefore only intended to support muscle building after sports sessions.

Will I get a yo-yo effect?

During the OFFSET plan, you are in a calorie deficit. However, the Protein Meal Shake provides you with all the important nutrients and prevents you from becoming malnourished during the OFFSET plan.
