Cheat Meals - No pizza is not a solution either
5 reasons why cheating is not a problem with us
Do you love chocolate, burgers with fries and ideally everything should be topped with cheese? But you always have a guilty conscience when you feast and that frustrates you completely. We'll tell you how you can snack without hesitation after successfully changing your diet with the OFFSET plan and consciously enjoy every snack you eat.
1. anticipation is the greatest joy
It is sooo important to approach something with fun. This also applies to your diet. Of course, you can also plan a cheat meal. That way you can look forward to it in advance and plan what you want to enjoy with friends. The prospect of a cheat meal makes it easier to stick to your diet plan.
2. consciously enjoy
If you change your diet permanently, you will develop a completely new awareness of food and the composition of food. The sugar detox will help you return to a healthy hunger-satiety rhythm. This allows you not to eat everything indiscriminately, but to consciously enjoy the snacks you are really hungry for. If you feel like you have sinned too often during the day, enjoy a delicious Pretty Little Meal in the evening and end the day with a clear conscience.
3. give yourself a little time
New habits only set in after 14 days and we want you to find your way back to your new diet easily after cheating. If you do end up having a croissant with a fatty chocolate spread for breakfast, all's well that ends well: mix yourself a low-sugar Pretty Little Meal for lunch and you're good to go.
4. easily balance cheat meals
When you get home from a chocolate fondue evening with friends, no worries! Just enjoy a low-sugar Pretty Little Meal the next morning and your calorie account should be back in balance. If it does degenerate into a complete cheat day, stay calm Pretty! Have a detox day the next day and everything will be fine again. No foods are forbidden when cheating. It's about keeping a balance and OFFSET Babes know how to do that. In general, we recommend that you only start cheating after the OFFSET plan once you have successfully changed your diet.
5. normal portions at normal times
Go ahead and treat yourself, but don't overdo it. So as long as it's not 6 pizzas stacked on top of each other and the same portion again in the evening, don't panic - just start the next morning with a full Pretty Little Meal to get back into balance.
