Clean Eating = Clean Kitchen
Your dietary change starts with 3 steps in the kitchen
Everyone knows it: you have almost no space left in the fridge and it feels like you could fill half a supermarket shelf with it. On top of that, there are products in there that you're not sure are still being produced and you haven't had the courage to check whether they've developed their own biotope inside for a long time. No risk, no fun? You can do it, but you don't have to. At the latest when you're sure that you'll find something somewhere on your next candy hunt without wanting to admit where you found it and how half-melted the loot was, it's high time: healthy eating starts in your kitchen!
Step no. 1: A new fridge
Step no. 1: A new fridge
It's best to get everything out first. Expired items can be disposed of directly. Then check which of the remaining items have gone bad and throw them in the garbage can too. Now that the fridge is completely empty, quickly grab a cloth and tadaaa: like new!
Step no. 2: Ciao candy cabinet

Even if this will certainly not be easy for you: The sweet cupboard/sweets drawer has to go. This will definitely make it easier for you during your dietary change. You will no longer have any temptation nearby to call you when you have a craving. That way, you won't quickly snack on something unhealthy. The trip to the kiosk or supermarket is usually too far after all ;).
Step no. 3: Pantry 2.0

You should also take a look here and clean out your diet. It's best to replace your wheat products with wholegrain products. The long-chain carbohydrates will keep you full for longer. You can also buy some pulses and a wide range of canned or dried vegetables. These have a long shelf life and are ideal for healthy mixed meal recipes. Marie Kondo would be proud of you! If you've now created space, Pretty Little Meals can also make a wonderful home there. If stored correctly, they will keep for approx. 2-3 months. So you can easily use 2-3 flavors at the same time and bring variety into your everyday life.
