We have calculated the right mixing ratios for you based on the nutrient profile of the cow's milk alternatives. So your Pretty Little Meal is always on fleek and you get plenty of proteins, vitamins and minerals, essential omega fatty acids and fiber to provide your body with a full supply!

Cow's milk (low-fat, 1.5%) or lactose-free milk:
275 ml + 1 scoop of Pretty Little Meal powder

Soy drink or soy yoghurt/ oat drink:
250 ml + 1.5 measuring spoons of Pretty Little Meal powder

Almond drink (unsweetened):
250ml + 2 scoops of Pretty Little Meal powder

Cashew drink:

Rice drink :

Coconut drink:

Water (cold):
