5 ideas for your infused water
We all know the question: "Are you drinking enough?" Drinking water is extremely important for our body to function properly. We often find ourselves forgetting to drink enough in the evening because we're so busy. And just water is just too boring for you, so it's forgotten too quickly? Don't worry, Pretty - it doesn't always have to be pure water! Here are a few ideas that will refresh you at any time and offer a low-sugar alternative to iced tea and the like - how cool is that?
1. Our #offsetbabe's favorite:
Pour enough water into your OFFSET cup. Add raspberries, lemon and fresh mint. Now add a few ice cubes and enjoy your refreshing drink straight away. It tastes delicious, fresh and fruity, so you'll want another glass!
2. Yummy Lime
Ginger fans love this spicy creation! You need about a liter of water, lots of ice cubes, a chopped lime, some ginger and lemon balm. Pour everything into a carafe and enjoy ice cold.
3. Mhhh-berry
Can it never be berry enough for you? How about berry-flavored water? Pour enough water into a carafe. Now add berries of your choice, for example a mixture of currants, blueberries and raspberries. Now add a few ice cubes and you can enjoy your particularly fruity water after a few minutes.Berry yummy!
4. Just like in your own herb garden
This wild creation will appeal to anyone with a taste for experimentation: fill a large carafe with fresh water. Then add all kinds of herbs such as lavender, lemon balm, rosemary, mint, basil or thyme. For an extra flavor kick, you can add a few rose petals. Finally, round off the herbal water with ice cubes and enjoy cold.
5. Melon meets mint
So simple and so ingenious! Put pieces of watermelon and enough stems of fresh mint in a carafe of water and add plenty of ice cubes. Reminiscent of warm, long summer evenings...Mhhh so fresh, so yummy!!!
