However, you can also use the Protein Meal Shake to balance out a high-calorie meal and thus last longer. Limited varieties of the Protein Meal Shake contain powder for the preparation of 12 meals. This is the perfect way to try out the different varieties! The vegan Protein Meal Shake contains powder for preparing 14 meals.
